Summer Forged Program

Our Summer Forged Program is a 10 week summer training program that helps athletes build sustainable baseline fitness and consistency for fall the Cross Country season. Our 2024 athletes ran extremely well during their fall XC season with many running PR’s and setting course records in tough conditions. In 2025 we will offer our standard high school program that meets 3x per week, as well as a new middle school program that will meet 2x per week.

Winter Warrior Program

Our Winter Warrior Program is a 10 week winter training program designed to help athletes capitalize on the aerobic engine built from Cross Country. It’s focused on aerobic maintenance and safely developing the top end speed / race tactics needed in middle distance Track & Field events. Our goal is to make athletes fast, but keep them slightly undertrained and healthy so that they can show up and crush it from day one of their spring Track season.
