Summer Forged

Summer Forged is a structured summer training program designed to help middle school and high school cross country athletes build fitness, confidence, and consistency before the season begins. Through guided workouts, strength training, running education, and a supportive team environment, athletes develop the habits and endurance needed for long-term success. Whether you're preparing for your first cross country season or aiming to set a personal record, Summer Forged provides the foundation to start the fall stronger, healthier, and ready to compete.

Winter Warrior

Our Winter Warrior program is an off-season training program designed to prepare athletes for a successful track and field season. Through structured workouts, strength development, mobility training, and event-specific preparation, athletes build the fitness, speed, and durability needed to perform at their best when competition begins. The Winter Warrior program helps turn winter training into spring results.

Our Impact

Our program alumni have gone on to set massive PRs during their Cross Country and Track seasons. Some made all time performance lists, others became D1 state qualifiers, and a few set school records. A majority of our alumni have chosen to continue running at the collegiate level. Many of those outcomes would not have been possible without our steadfast commitment to safely developing our athletes over time.
